Cancellation Policy 

The first step in cancellation would be for you to send us a cancellation request email at – [email protected]  with your order number and details.

  • If it has not been dispatched, we can stop the process at our end.
  • In case it has already been sent out, you will have to refuse to accept delivery and update us.
  • We will refund the amount via the payment gateway back into the source of payment.
  • The refund time could be between 2-15 days depending on whether or not the order has been dispatched and also the condition of the returned object.

 What if a payment fails

  •  In case of a simple error where no amount was deducted, you can try making the payment again.
  • Since we use an external payment gateway, for our payments the refund requests in cases of failed transactions will have to be addressed with your respective banks.
  • However, we can suggest the below points to keep in mind in case of such an event.
  • Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
  • If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can contact your bank directly.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the received product, you can send it back to us within 15 days of the original delivery.

  • You can either opt for a replacement or a refund depending on the issue you might have with the product.
  • If there are defects in the product you receive, you can take a picture and share it via email ([email protected]) to process your return/replacement request.
  • In the case of T-shirts, we have to keep hygiene in account and refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
  • In case of graphics, the material should not be in a torn state, adhesive layer should not be peeled off and the material in general should not be or wrinkled or folded.
  • In the case of mugs and posters, we have to make sure there are no cracks, breaks or damages to the brittle surfaces.

Self Shipping for Return 

  • Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  • We suggest you use India Post for shipping as they have the widest network while being reliable and affordable.
  • You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below : Barageness Pvt Ltd, 101, Soundarya Excellency, 3rd main road, Ganganagar Extension, Bangalore – 560032
  • If the product was returned due to damages from our end, then we bear the delivery charges.
  • If the product was returned for size or design change then the customer bears the return delivery charges.
